Website creation - Playing with programming techniques.

When I was doing my advanced programming course in Wangaratta, I really wondered why I was doing it. I have now come full circle in my life and have found a reason for using and developing my programming skills. The main reason I am learning these skills is because it is giving me much enjoyment and my Spirit guides are leading me down a steep learning curve towards the world of complex programming.

I have learned how to use HTML and CSS to set up this website in 21 days. It can be done, but don't expect to get much sleep if you want to learn this fast. I enjoy the feeling of being in control of my website and being able to add and learn. I like not being dependent on big companies and expensive programs. All I have used to create all on these web pages is notepad' a simple text editor, apart from the image files that is. If you want to take a look at my programming in Internet explorer browser you can click the right button on your mouse and then view source. I am going to keep this site as dynamic as possible in that I will make regular changes and also build up the interactive components of this site. However my Spirit guides have got me working on a major programming project to make the healing technique that I channelled and teach, accessible to all and interactive. Stay tuned for the results of this project, mind you it is going to take months rather than weeks.

If you have an interest in building your own dynamic website from scratch it can be done. You might have to lash out on a few very imformative books but it can be done. To start with all you really need is a basic site, so a few files written that can be displayed in your computers browser. Once you know you have the basic website next thing is to find your website a name and a website host. For the name it is a good idea to do a bit of research and discover what people are searching for when they are looking for your product and choose something that would come up in line with their searches. As far as webhosts go I chose to stay within my own country but that is up to you, you can just as easily go overseas. However if you live in Australia I would certainly recommend my web hosting service Digital Pacific, as with anything else check out a few options and decide what works for you.

I was asking my guides for a way to teach all I have learned about website creation, well the answer had come in the form of Mellany. She is a lovely woman in England who doesnt know quite what to do with her life at the moment, so I suggested she build a website to get her brain working again. She thought this was a great idea, so I am going to teach her online on my message board how to build from scratch something like this website.
